Our women's dorm room has 5 bunk beds, for a total of 10 bunks. The shared women's bathroom & showers are located directly across the hall, all in their own wing. Towels & bedding provided. Climate controlled room locks with numeric passcode.

$35 / NIGHT

Our men's dorm room has 6 bunk beds, for a total of 12 bunks. The shared men's bathroom & showers are located right down the hall. Towels & bedding provided. Climate controlled room locks with numeric passcode.

$75 / NIGHT

Our two modest private rooms offer a full sized bed, accommodating up to 2 people. Towels & bedding provided. Climate controlled room locks with key.

CAMPING

$20 / NIGHT

Enjoy free-range camping on our 1 acre lawn that overlooks the Potomac River. Picnic tables & fire rings throughout the yard. Large screened-in fully electric pavilion. Hammocks can also be accommodated between trees around the yard.
