WOMEN'S DORM

$35 / NIGHT

Our women's dorm room has 5 bunk beds, for a total of 10 bunks. The shared women's bathroom & showers are located directly across the hall, all in their own wing. Towels & bedding provided. Climate controlled room locks with numeric passcode.

MEN'S DORM

$35 / NIGHT

Our men's dorm room has 6 bunk beds, for a total of 12 bunks. The shared men's bathroom & showers are located right down the hall. Towels & bedding provided. Climate controlled room locks with numeric passcode.

PRIVATE ROOMS

$75 / NIGHT

Our two cozy private rooms each feature a full-size bed and can accommodate up to two guests. Towels and bedding are provided. Each room is climate controlled and includes a keyed lock for added privacy. Guests also have access to a private bathroom.

CAMPING

$20 / NIGHT

Enjoy free-range camping on our 1 acre lawn that overlooks the Potomac River. Picnic tables & fire rings throughout the yard. Large screened-in fully electric pavilion. Hammocks can also be accommodated between trees around the yard.

GROUP PRIVATE ROOMS

$125 / NIGHT

Our group private room accommodates up to 5 people, offering a king bed and 3 single bunks. Towels and bedding provided. Climate-controlled room locks with a keypad.
